Wasatch Studio – Photo Studio Rental Waiver & Release of Liability

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that participation in photography and videography activities at Wasatch Studio involves certain risks, including but not limited to damage to personal equipment, injuries, slips, falls, and other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the studio.

2. Studio Use and Conduct

I agree to use the studio in a safe and respectful manner. I will not engage in any unlawful or hazardous activities. I understand that I am responsible for the actions of all individuals I bring into the studio.

3. Property & Equipment Responsibility

I accept full responsibility for any damage to Wasatch Studio’s property, equipment, or furnishings that occurs during my rental period. I agree to leave the studio in the condition in which it was found. Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional fees.

4. Indemnification

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wasatch Studio, its owners, staff, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, including attorney's fees and expenses, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while using the studio, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

I understand and agree to the cancellation and rescheduling policy set by Wasatch Studio. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled time will result in 50% refund

6. Consent to Recording

I acknowledge that during my time in the studio, I may be recorded by CCTV or security monitoring systems for safety and security purposes.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
